Dr. Jennifer A. Friedman, DMD, MS is a Certified Orthodontist with over 15 years of clinical experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered orthodontic care. She is widely known for her compassionate approach, taking the time to truly listen to her patients and develop individualized treatment plans that support both long-term oral health and overall well-being.
Dr. Friedman earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and completed her orthodontic specialty training at the University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Anatomical Sciences and Neurobiology, giving her a strong foundation in craniofacial growth, development, and function.
A defining focus of Dr. Friedman’s practice is airway-centered orthodontics. She has extensive experience evaluating airway health and facial development and thoughtfully incorporates these principles into orthodontic treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
Dr. Friedman has lectured nationally on airway, sleep apnea, and interceptive orthodontic treatment, and she has authored and peer-reviewed multiple scientific publications related to airway imaging and orthodontic outcomes. Her advanced training in cone-beam CT imaging allows for a detailed and informed assessment of airway anatomy when clinically appropriate.
Throughout her career, Dr. Friedman has remained actively engaged in the profession as a peer reviewer for leading orthodontic and sleep-related journals and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Colorado Dental Association.
