About Us
Our Mission
When it comes to dentistry, function and cosmetics are ALWAYS connected. Our mission is to help our patients optimize their smile and improve their overall health.
Experience has taught us that oral function often has a major impact on other parts of the body. We practice a form of dentistry and orthodontics that ALWAYS takes the health of the jaw joints and airway into account.
The treatment solutions we offer are: state of the art, supported by research and whole health oriented.
We are committed to giving our patients easy to understand information so that they can make informed decisions about their health and smile. We believe in our patients and encourage them to ALWAYS make choices that are in their own best interest.
Meet Our Doctors

James Bieneman DDS
If you sit down with Jim Bieneman, it won’t be long before he starts talking about his life’s mission:
“What matters most to me is helping my patients look better, feel better and breathe better.”
For adolescent patients, Dr. Bieneman believes in developing the jaws forward in the face. In most cases, forward facial growth leads to a stronger profile, optimized airway, healthier jaw joints and a broad smile that is complete to the corners of the mouth.
When it comes to adults, Dr. Bieneman is not only passionate about dental health, but also helping his patients achieve higher levels of overall wellness. He specializes in adult orthodontics, re-opening extraction spaces & reversing previous orthodontic outcomes. He is also passionate about treating TMJ problems, Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and other sleep related breathing disorders.
DINA GIANCHANDANI DDS
Originally from upstate New York, Dr. “G” earned her Bachelor’s of Science from Cornell University. Realizing her passion was for helping people feel confident in themselves, Dr. G initially pursued a career in the fashion industry. However, it didn’t take long for her to feel disconnected from her job. Although she loved finding her clients the perfectly fitted dress, she was missing that true sense of purpose in her career.
“I knew that I wanted to continue
working with my hands and help
people, so I looked hard into
dentistry — then it hit me, this is
just like creating a show stopping
garment but instead a show
stopping smile.”
After 4 grueling years of working full-time and going back to school, Dr. G earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. In addition to her formal education, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Veterans Hospital in Albany, NY and is a volunteer General Dentist for the Afghan Refugee Project, where she has treated thousands of refugees that needed emergency dentistry procedures.
Dr. G brings with her over 5+ years of
comprehensive treatment planning and a passion
for restoring her patient’s confidence with a
beautiful, pain-free smile. She genuinely looks
forward to getting to know her patients on a
personal level, as she prefers to diagnose and treat
her patients in the same manner she would her
own family.
